Care Connect Ride was founded on a simple belief: everyone deserves safe, dependable transportation from someone who truly cares.
After retiring from my automotive detailing business, I wasn’t ready to stop working. I began driving for Uber and quickly realized that many people needed more than just a ride. They needed someone they could depend on—someone who would arrive on time, treat them with respect, and help them get where they needed to go safely.
As I continued serving riders, I saw an opportunity to provide a more personal transportation service. I purchased a van and started Care Connect Ride to serve individuals, seniors, workers, and families throughout DeSoto and the surrounding communities.
Today, Care Connect Ride proudly provides transportation for medical appointments, dialysis, airport trips, work, grocery shopping, errands, and everyday travel.
Our mission is simple: provide every passenger with safe, reliable, and friendly transportation they can count on.

Hi, we’re Cynthia and Otis Brown, the owners of Care Connect Ride.

After retiring from my automotive detailing business, I wasn’t ready to stop working. I began driving for Uber and quickly realized that many people needed more than just a ride. They needed someone dependable—someone who would arrive on time, treat them with respect, and help them get where they needed to go safely.
That experience inspired me to create Care Connect Ride.
Cynthia continues to work as a project manager while also working side-by-side with me as we build and grow Care Connect Ride. Her experience organizing, coordinating, and managing projects has become an important part of building our family business and creating a transportation service our community can depend on.
